Job Scope

Business Development

• Formulate and execute strategies and initiatives to propel acquisition and growth.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and ensure business retention.
• Comprehend clients' businesses, address inquiries, assess insurance needs, and provide timely and fitting insurance advice and solutions.
• Generate reports on sales and business updates

Management

• Assist the Insurance Broking head in ensuring the department's seamless operation and the execution of all broking activities.
• Lead, train, offer guidance, and collaborate closely with the broking teams.
• Compile monthly management progress reports and provide ad-hoc reporting support

Insurers & Client Management

• Foster robust professional relationships with insurers and clients.
• Negotiate with insurance companies for optimal rates and terms, present offers to customers, and follow up to successfully close sales.
• Ensure the timely placement of risks and coverage with insurance companies and oversee the entire policy issuance process.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Insurance/ACII
• Or Degree holder in any course of studies
• Preferably minimum 5 years general insurance broking experience
