Job duties:
Involved in the business development and real-estate implementation of infrastructure and building projects within New Estates Division
Involved in lease/sale of mixed used spaces, business modelling of estate infrastructure systems such as smart retail, urban logistics and 5G digital infrastructure etc.
Developing and implementing test-bed programmes, business development and engagement strategies, developer partnership programmes and budgeting.
Requirements:
Degree in any field from reputable university
4 to 5 years working experiences in Real Estate, Finance or Economics related business developing
