Job Description

• Develop growth strategies and action plans in extending market share and deepening wallets.
• Conduct understanding on market size and assess market competitive landscape.
• Assess market trends and identify market needs ahead of time. Identify value propositions and map business strategies to patients' needs
• Conduct marketing ROI analysis. Develop social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Develop plans for corporate and marketing strategies relationship with corporates, schools, insurance companies, etc.
• Champion roll out of new services / projects and any partnership collaboration.
• Research business opportunities, identify viable new income streams and work on new partnerships
• Manage and retain relationships with partners. Develop marketing strategies and activities in collaboration with partners.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business / Healthcare or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Prior experience working within the Dental Clinics industry will be advantageous.
• Proven track record of successful revenue strategies development and able to execute projects smoothly.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
