Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing business opportunities with high net-worth Japanese clients
  • Establish partnerships with high net-worth Japanese clients and promote the bank's Premium Cards, which may require use of Japanese language
  • Demonstrated rigor in sales pipeline management to ensure pipeline accuracy and adequacy in meeting the stated targets
  • Communicate in Japanese with clients and business counterparts via emails and phone calls to facilitate business discussions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in B2B sales experience and/ or client-facing industry
  • Results driven and demonstrated rigor in sales pipeline management to ensure pipeline accuracy and adequacy in meeting the stated targets
  • Keen business acumen and understand what drives your clients' business and what they need
  • Strong pre-sales planning and preparation
  • Strong follow up skills, with ability to collaborate and influence internally and externally
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Business language proficiency (oral and written) in Japanese to effectively communicate with native-Japanese clients. Candidate must be able to substantiate language proficiency with relevant certification (JLPT N1).
