Job Scope:

  • Responsible for developing new work tied to account plans.
  • Manage account pipeline activities, including development and progress of stage zero opportunities for key clients tied to account plans.
  • Develop product-based solutions tied to the organization's education services and enable new revenue streams for Southeast Asia institutions of higher learning.
  • Development work on national skills infrastructure and education-related analytics solutions.
  • Support all marketing and relationship development aspects for branding in education.

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Excellent consulting mindset and demonstrates agility and speed in learning up new areas.
  • Proven track record in business development, account management, or consulting preferably within the education sector. Experience in other sectors like government/statutory boards, finance, information technology are also acceptable.
  • Experience working with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) in Southeast Asia is highly preferable.
  • Additional experience in digital transformations, workforce management or organizational design is advantageous.
  • Proficient understanding of educational trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders across different levels and diversity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Preferably with relevant certifications in Agile, PMP, or equivalent.
