We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our organization, Manpower Staffing Singapore, under ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), where we develop customised workforce management solutions, helping our clients to manage their contingent and project-based spend productively. Today’s business world requires total agility and clients are best served when they can concentrate on their core business. The successful incumbent will play a vital role by communicating dynamically between clients and recruitment team, in providing a distinctive flexible staffing solutions to organizations, to match the fluctuations in personnel requirements

The Job 

  • Going to clients’ working environments, observe/document the normal arrangement of obligations, understand their value propositions

  • To work out a business analysis plan, anticipates the operational risk, identify the opportunities

  • Work with the recruitment team to establish the operational infrastructure to execute staffing solution plan

  • Collaborates with back-office team members to ensure administrative and compliance functions are properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices

  • Implement reporting metrics to track issues, conflicts and resolve the issues of complexity involving stakeholders; escalate to appropriate level when required

  • Offer solutions to client; ensuring resolutions are offered along with internal escalation plan

  • Maintains credible, professional relationship with clients, internal business lines

  • Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends and technology to assess opportunities and to improve processes and execution

Profile and Experience

  • To approach job with drive, an entrepreneurial mind-set and tenacity

  • Display the confidence, diligence and business acumen needed

  • Uses data analytics, benchmarking tools and techniques to create insights, knowledge and communication skills to influence others

  • Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely inquiries, and present written/oral briefings

  • Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
