Job duties:
Undertake the industry planning of industrial business park, alongside industry officers, urban planners and architects
Execute new development projects to ensure that business park achieves its work-live-play-learn vision
Develop and implement new real estate concepts to inject dynamic uses into aged buildings
Plan and realize strategies to strengthen integration of various industrial parks
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any field from reputable university
2 to 5 years experiences in managing business park and urban planning
Outstanding intellectual and planning abilities
