Responsibilities:
* Be involved in whole spectrum of business development and project management- planning of shipment schedules, preparing of quotations, troubleshoot issues etc.
* Be the contact window for suppliers and importers, attend to email and phone inquiries from colleagues and clients in Japan which are written in Japanese.
* Identify potential risk areas and propose timely solutions
* Conduct order and forecast planning for various businesses (CV/LCV/EMCV)
* Be involved in price revision operations
* Monitor budgets and perform routine variance analysis to evaluate business performance

- Schedule-planning of assembled products, or
- Supply chain management field (planning & budgeting) in manufacturing industry

* Proficiency in Japanese written and oral, JLPT N1, to communicate effectively with Japanese clients and business counterparts.
* Familiarity with Parts Lists, BOM
* Strong command of incoterms and supply chain terminology
* Good analytical and time-management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Comfortable with travelling to Japan and/or regional countries on an ad-hoc basis
