Job scope:
- Assist Sales Team in a variety of administration duties, including coordination, documentation, commission calculation and regular tracking
- Develop analytics/ reports and offer decision support
- Composes memos, transcribes notes, researches and creates presentations
- Work with different teams/ stakeholders for business analytics, projects and planning for the Acquisition and Sales Operations team
- Conduct research, perform analysis to provide insights and recommendations to solve business issues and meet business KPIs
- Assist with collaterals and creative development/ marketing activities, and liaise with vendor/ marketing partner/ internal approving parties for collaborations and approvals
- Communicate with Card Members for logistics arrangement
- Performs a variety of administrative functions
Requirements & qualifications:
- Diploma holder in Business Administration on any related discipline
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Experience with data analytics
- Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Powerpoint and preferably MS Access. Knowledge in SQL or relevant database language a plus.
- Independent, resourceful and able to communicate with people from all levels
