• Handle full set of purchasing process (Sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipping & follow up on deliveries.
• Responsible of documentation on purchasing activities (Purchasing database maintenance, matching and submission of PO/DN/Invoice to Finance).
• Negotiates quantities, prices, delivery times, terms and conditions of delivery and payment and contractual terms.
• Identifies and realizes cost savings opportunities.
• Follows standard purchasing business processes.
• Develops methods of business simplification for the procurement function.
• Review inventory level on regular basis.
• Gathering of entries in the ERP system as well as creating, maintaining and updating ERP master data for suppliers, services and materials.
• Collaborate with Corporate Category Managers.
• Support annual stock count.
• Knowledge in SAP MM Modules
