Job Responsibilities:
- Take care of Sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipping, and follow up on deliveries
- Review materials, components, and equipment in MRP and purchase if needed
- Monitor materials stock level and purchase if needed
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials and components will be delivered on time to meet production goals
- Review inventory management and stocking rules periodically
- Work with logistics company for shipment arrangement, status, and custom declaration
- Documentation processing for all purchasing activities
- Handle RMA/NCT units to suppliers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience in similar role
- Computer literate and independent
- Knowledge in SAP
