Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new profitable ranges
• Come out with new ideas to grow sales, margin, and supplier's A&P income
• Maintain good rapport with suppliers to deliver effective plans
• Prepare reports, analyse information and details to figure out the issues
• Provide suitable solutions to resolve the issues
• Support on marketing campaign related activities
• Handle SKUs backend related functions on ecommerce platform
• Keep an eye of latest market trends and competitor's activities to ensure company's competency level in the market
• Liaise with other business units to achieve company's business goals
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• A professional education in any field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar role from Retail/FMCG background
• Knowledge in forecasting, planning, margin, and costing
• Flexible, adaptable, and multitasking
• Analysis-driven, independent, and able to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
