Job Scope

• Manage the complete procurement lifecycle encompassing sourcing, RFQs, negotiation, shipping, and post-delivery follow-ups.
• Evaluate and procure materials, components, and equipment based on MRP recommendations.
• Oversee material expedite activities with vendors to align with production schedules.
• Collaborate with supply chain planning and suppliers to ensure timely delivery for optimal customer satisfaction.
• Take charge of inventory management, adhering to preset stocking rules, and periodically reviewing and executing them.
• Coordinate with logistics firms for shipment arrangements, tracking, and customs procedures.
• Drive supplier management initiatives focusing on quality, delivery, and inventory optimization.
• Handle purchasing documentation such as vendor code setup and submission of POs, delivery notes, and invoices to finance.
• Manage the return and replacement processes for defective units with suppliers.
• Implement cost reduction strategies effectively.
• Ensure timely updates of weekly/monthly reports.
