Job Responsibilities:
Provide 1st level support over the phone to customers in China and Hong Kong. Communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese with customers when required.
Listen attentively to customer's needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy & build rapport
Work closely with customers and follow-up on all requests in a timely manner
Log in and update customer's enquiry, issue and resolution accurately into our sharing portal or system
Ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirement:
Basic knowledge of iOS, Android devices, tablets, PC or Mac would be advantageous
Able to navigate through iOS, android devices/systems to deliver solutions to customer in real-time
Strong sense of professionalism; remains positive, calm and composed under pressure
Verbal proficiency in Mandarin (Min Merit grade for GCE O Level Chinese Oral Exam) and Cantonese (intermediate level) to facilitate communication with customers from China and Hong Kong
Computer literate (Word and Excel)
Customer service experience, especially technical support/helpdesk will be advantageous
Comfortable to work between 9am to 9pm shift, including weekends (e.g. 9am to 6pm, 1pm to 9pm - exact timings to be advised)
