* Making calls to Japan to contact Japanese-speaking customers regarding service updates and feedback (to provide the best support for customers in Japan, candidate will need to speak in Japanese when required)
* Handling customers' incoming calls, queries and feedback
* Updating information and data into computer system
* Follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
* Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
* Minimum 1 year of experience in call centre/customer service or relevant
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency (spoken) in Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) to liaise with non-English speaking locals in Japan
