Job Scope:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally, with empathy and care
- Follow up on hospital bill payments and manage receivables
- Provide billing information and support patient inquiries
- Assist customers in navigating digital payment portal services
- Send statements of accounts and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring quality service
Requirements:
- Good in verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Customer-oriented with a passion for helping others
- Proactive, committed, and self-motivated
- Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- At least a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College education or relevant certification
- Prior call center experience is a plus
Additional Information:
- Salary - S$2.5K to S$3K
- Contract duration: 12-month contract
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Location: Bukit Merah Central
