Responsibilities

  • Handles incoming calls/faxes/emails on customers ' enquiries in a courteous and prompt manner.
    * Prepares necessary paperwork, such as quotations to customers.
    * Scheduling of technician teams to attend to customers' requests.

Requirements
* Min 1 year of relevant working experiences
* Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with subsidiaries companies
