Job Responsibilities:

• Assist kitchen's team on the food preparation at designated station
• Maintain workstation's cleanliness
• Follow instructions with regards to operations
• Help-out across kitchen's stations
• Support on ordering stock supplies
• Cook and prepare different kind of seafood dishes

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months working experience in oriental cuisine restaurant, handling seafood
• A professional education in Food and Beverage Management or relevant field
• Familiar with both hot and cold kitchen's operation
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

• Location: Raffles Place
• Retail working hours, 5.5 days
