Job Responsibilities:
- Assist kitchen's team on the food preparation at designated station
- Maintain workstation's cleanliness
- Follow instructions with regards to operations
- Help-out across kitchen's stations
- Support on ordering stock supplies
- Cook and prepare different kind of seafood dishes
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months working experience in oriental cuisine restaurant, handling seafood
- A professional education in Food and Beverage Management or relevant field
- Familiar with both hot and cold kitchen's operation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment

- Retail working hours, 5.5 days
