Responsibilities

  • Client Experience Manager is the link between client and the agency to ensure the client is represented accurately and the agency's capabilities are demonstrated
  • Acts as an advisor to clients on event or project communications solutions
  • Manage overall progress and development of accounts and projects
  • Day to day running of the accounts, demonstrate strategic potential and insight, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's business
  • Actively establish new business leads and develop business proposals
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new clientele
  • Strategise and develop effective business plans to achieve the team's budget target
  • Ensure client satisfaction and prompt delivery of services by providing quality, value-added services and solutions
  • Work closely with internal team members and external client personnel to devise campaigns plans and tactics


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in client management and account management in events agency
  • Experience in the execution of a physical, hybrid or virtual events
  • Good knowledge and interest in latest industry trends, technology solutions and best practise
  • Able to work independently yet contribute as a team player
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Successful track record of project management to secure sales and achieve sales targets
