Responsibilities:

• Renders support to the teams in opening of client's account, working closely with the Client Service Managers (CSM) as well as Relationship Managers (RM) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM)
• Assist in the organization and preparation of the following:
  • Screening of customers name on databases
  • Preparation of account opening documents
  • Courier account opening documents to client
  • Ensure completion of task on timely basis
• Ensure complete and accurate case submission to facilitate a seamless account opening process

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Banking and Finance or any related field
• Good communication skills (spoken & written) as the role requires active interaction with business (front office teams) as well as middle office and stakeholders / business partners.
• Good organization skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Experience working in account opening, and client servicing is a plus
• Keen eye to details and stakeholder management
