Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring project delivery with clients by shortlisting and introducing relevant referrals.
• Fostering good client relationship to expand share of wallet with existing clients.
• Attend networking events, meetings, and after-office hours networking sessions.
• Leverage on internal database to source and shortlist relevant referrals for clients' needs.
• Perform outreach activities such as LinkedIn messaging, offline networking, and referrals to recruit and shortlist relevant referrals to existing clients.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in client servicing / business development.
• Comfortable in a hunter / farmer role and in a client-facing role.
• Possess a meticulous and easy-going personality, able to adapt well individually or in a team setting.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
