This role has primary responsibility for embedding the Commercial Excellence framework into the Emerging Market organization to maximize business potential and improve overall quality of business decision making. The incumbent will be supporting in particular the rollout of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in key markets as well as will be responsible for optimizing our go-to-market approach through structured training and coaching.

This position will provide alignment, synergies and support in customer as well as professional excellence across the Emerging Market (EM) region as well as across all business units and supporting functions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive implementation, roll-out and adoption of a Customer Relationship management system in key countries as well as set-up a regional center of excellence with regard to CRM
  • Work closely and align with the global functional leaders and key stakeholders (e.g. IT, Transformation Office, CRM, Insights & Analytics) to strongly and timely drive, execute and optimize Customer Excellence initiatives and processes in Emerging Markets region
  • Develop and drive competitive, innovative, customer focused and structured thinking, solutions and offers through training, best practice sharing and in-house consulting
  • Design, develop and roll-out sales excellence related training programs as well as soft skills workshops / training initiatives for commercial personnel (e.g. sales force, marketing, business managers)
  • Drive design, implementation and adoption of segmentation, targeting, incentive compensation, target setting methodologies across the region

  • Provide ad-hoc analytics and insight generation based on available data / market information

  • Support the use of business intelligence / commercial excellence tools and data driven decision making to raise the level of analytics across the Commercial Organization

Requirements:

    • University degree holder
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Excellence or Customer Relationship Management
    • Relevant experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry will be a bonus
    • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English
    • Expertise in coordination of trainings and knowledge transfer
    • Knowledge of IT tools and system especially CRM system is a definite advantage
    • Strong interest and knowledge of technology related products and devices
    • Forward thinking, open to learning and fast action
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform in a deadline oriented environment
    • Fast learner and positive attitude
