Job duties:
Managing Retail/F&B Tenancy
Allocating tenancies
Renewing tenancies
Building rapports with tenants
Plan and execute engagements with tenants
Develop and implement A&P plan to support retail/F&B tenants
Bringing up and organize events that promote retail/F&B interests
Requirements:
Degree in any field from reputable university
0 to 3 years experiences in retail/F&B related commercial leasing
Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
