Key Responsibilities:

• Design internal communication materials including multimedia content such as full-length article, videos, banners, eDMs and infographics, content creation/curation of website to promote/ showcase the use of data in DBS
• Manage communications initiatives end to end from planning to execution
• Assist in the ideation, planning, communication, and execution of internal staff engagement activities / events
• Provide administrative support to the department

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Design, Communications, or any related discipline
• Experience in creative design and image editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop / Illustrator, PremierPro, or equivalent
• Experience in video filming and editing
• A creative self-starter who takes initiative, is a fast learner and able to work independently
• Ability to coordinate the efforts of team members and various stakeholders
• Meticulous and excellent organisation skills
