Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality assurance review on Financial Crime Investigation (FCI) cases in accordance with the relevant AML / FCI policies and department procedures within established timeframes.
  • Produce reports containing quality assurance results and associated metrics according to the QA requirements / procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulations applicable to the business, as well as pertinent internal or regulatory policy and procedural changes.
  • Provide insight into quality gaps discovered as part of the quality assurance process and ensure these gaps are communicated to the managers of the Team.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with investigations units, as applicable.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the managers regarding the improvement in investigation quality, process, and efficiency of FCI teams.


Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in audit, compliance, financial services operations experience or equivalent.
  • Good to have prior AML investigations
  • General understanding of financial products and markets.
  • Good organizing skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
