  • Innovative AI Research and Development: Spearhead cutting-edge research in AI, focusing on groundbreaking developments in areas such as Vision-Models, Zero-Shot learning, Cross Modal learning etc.
  • Computer Vision Research: Lead in the research and development of robust AI and computer vision algorithms. Engage in rigorous benchmarking to assess and enhance performance continuously by seeking innovative ways to refine algorithms, improve efficiency, and ensure scalability.
  • Optimization of AI Technologies: Focus on the refinement and optimization of AI models and algorithms for superior performance and applicability. Ensure the research findings are effectively translated into actionable insights and technologies, enhancing the efficacy and application of AI solutions.
  • Leadership in AI Research: Offer mentorship and insight to a team of researchers and technical staff, nurturing an environment of learning and growth. Drive the research agenda forward, aligning with the company's vision and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in the AI domain.

Technical Abilities

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, emphasizing the theoretical foundation and research methodologies.
  • Min 4 years of dedicated research and development experience, showcasing a foundation in advancing the field of visual recognition technologies.
  • Good foundation in algorithms (DSA), linear algebra, and statistical models.
  • Proven track record of publishing research at top computer vision or machine learning conferences (e.g., CVPR, NeurIPS, ICCV, ECCV).
  • Ability to prototype concepts rapidly and evaluate them for potential product integration.
  • Proficient in Python and in using deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Hands on experience in optimizing deep learning models through techniques such as quantization, pruning, and converting model formats, including ONNX and TensorRT.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing, developing, and refining computer vision pipelines, with a focus on novel algorithmic approaches.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Excellent communication abilities and demonstrated ability to produce high-quality research outcomes and to articulate research findings and technical challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
