The successful incumbent will play a vital role in helping clients to attract the talents, getting the right people to fill the vacancies. He/She will be actively identifying talents from networking sites like LinkedIn, advertising and searching for applicants in jobs portals.

The Job

• Identifying talents, recruiting candidates with a structured workflow and timeframe to support continued business productivity
• Receiving and understanding job requests from clients
• Reaching out to a number of applicants large enough to guarantee a more than satisfactory hire after interviewing
• Interviewing candidates that mesh with the clients' company culture; identify candidates' hard skills, soft skills and potentials
• Networking with industry professionals who may know suitable candidates
