Job duties:

• Preparing & evaluating sub contractors' claims and payment within correct timeframe
• Managing contract administration & paperwork for project and ensuring contractual issues are solved
• Conducting cost analysis and contracts administration duties
• Performing progress claim every month and preparing accounts
• Monitoring time claim & involving in all quantity surveying and contract administration activities
• Making letter of award to subcontractors and checking claims & controlling cost
• Preparing & identifying variations orders & getting sub con & suppliers quotation for proper costing
• Making verification for claims or variations by sub con & drafting final accounts

Requirements:

• Possess diploma in construction related field or higher
• 3 to 6 years contract & cost management experience in construction industry
• Understanding of Quantity Surveying
