Contract Marketing Operations Executive (12months Contract)
Responsibilities:
- To support marketing team to manage marketing events end-to-end
- To support development of marketing materials including uploading materials into review systems
- To assist on launch event planning and organization
- To assist on vendor liaison, contracts
- To assist on event creation and submission
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or related
- 1-2years experience support marketing department or prior internship experience will be ideal.
- Support in managing in-house event. E.g creating meeting request, follow up on document work with vendor (if any), closing off event in system etc.
- Initiative and willing to learn
Other information;
Contract 12months, subject to renewable basis
Location; Raffles Place
Salary: up to S$3300per month
