Contract Order and Shipment Fulfilment Specialist (Renewable Contract)
Responsibilities:
Act as the liaison between Demand Fulfillment Planners/Fulfillment Planners/In Market Distribution/Customer Service and site D&L to ensure alignment and on-time shipment execution
Provides Order Management and customer support for all shipments into and out of Asia Pacific region. Create and maintain Shipment Priority Tracker
Track orders due for shipment but not executed by supplying sites.
Lead daily discussion with site D&L/service provider on shipment priorities/shipment schedule with various shipping sites.
Close collaboration with Demand Fulfillment Planners/Fulfillment Planners/ln Market
Distribution to identify and implement standardized processes and set expectations across markets for shipment prioritization.
Provide shipment visibility or potential delays to Demand Fulfillment Planners/Fulfillment Planners/ln Market Distribution on a regular basis
Track and trace priority shipment and ensure smooth delivery to market.
Manage queries between site and markets on high priority shipments, ensuring close follow ups, on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain record of specific shipping requirements of each market and ensure adherence by the shipping sites, eg, tender, special permit, etc
Co-ordinate with shipping sites, freight forwarder by providing specific shipping instructions and ensuring strict adherence to customer's requests
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in supply chain, shipping logistics management
Familiarize with SAP ECC or SAP MD module
Experience in creation of PO, DO, etc.
Proficient with MS Excel reporting function (Pivot table and Vlookup)
