Job responsibilities:
- Provide preventive maintenance services for Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and rectify system issues in a timely manner.
- Assist clients with system operations and offer recommendations for improvements.
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure safe execution of work.
- Ensure all work meets specified quality and EHS standards.
- Prepare and submit quotations covering materials, labor, and scope of work.
- Participate in weekly standby duties on a rotation schedule.
- Conduct annual calibration and verification of BMS sensors.
- Support sales efforts for BMS services and conduct site surveys.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree from a recognized technical institute
- Hands on experience in BMS Control System
- Hands on experience in programming and logic gates
- Familiar with digital fundamental
- Knowledge on basic networking
- Knowledge on ACMV system
