Job scopes
- Conduct site inspections to client across all business sectors
- Attend to all customer related matters i.e. compliments and complaints
- Develop and maintain effective communication between all supporting departments
- Identify new business opportunities to provide and maintain a constant flow of sale leads
- Review and established key processes, policies and procedures; develop and implement department strategies and goals
- Define and refine the roles and responsibilities of the team member and established key performance indicators for the team
- Conduct market research and keep abreast of market trends, market demand and comparable market sales prices
- Leverage on existing and new connections to build partnership and secure new opportunities
- Constantly exploring new opportunities to market our facilities and services to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any field
- Experience in MICE industry, holding a sales position
- Exceptional communication skills and a very strong networking ability
- Creative personality and has a track record in driving sales
- Able to work independently in cross functional teams and in a fast paced environment
