Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Creative Director in overseeing team activities and project execution.
  • Serve as the main liaison for cross-functional teams, ensuring that project requirements are fulfilled promptly.
  • Create detailed project plans and timelines to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.
  • Work closely with project managers, production teams, clients, and other stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and schedules.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports to keep all parties informed.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of design projects, including briefs, specifications, and reports.
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure efficient coordination of design activities.



Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a management role within commercial spatial design or a similar industry.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com is advantageous.
  • Understanding of creative processes and industry terminology.
