Location: Changi Business Park
Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable)

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with delinquent customers to facilitate timely payments and manage account delinquencies.
• Provide clear payment instructions and support to customers.
• Analyze customer profiles to determine the most effective collection strategies.
• Negotiate payment plans that balance customer needs with the Bank's risk exposure.
• Escalate complex or irregular cases to the team leader for guidance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year experience in customer service or telemarketing in a call centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Emotionally resilient with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinker with sound decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• A collaborative team player.
