Job Responsibilities:
- Work with AR team to collect outstanding debts from clients
- Making calls and sending emails to check on status
- Correspond with non-English speaking Philippines clients via the phone and email for status updates
- Other admin duties as per assigned
Job Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen Only
- Business language proficiency (oral) in Tagalog to liaise with Philippine clients who speak in Tagalog only
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Available immediately
