Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the CRM team with the planning and execution of CRM initiatives
• Extraction and analysis of CRM data to support marketing activities
• Analyse customer data for reporting purposes
• Support data cleansing activities and maintain database hygiene
• Collaborate and support retail teams and other departments with CRM related requests and activities

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree qualification
• Knowledge and experience in Sugar CRM
• Experience in managing customer database, marketing automation and loyalty programme
• Familiar with data analysis
• 1-3 years of experience in CRM
• Good interpersonal skills and able to relate to stakeholders of all levels
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
