Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to assigned accounts
  • Provide professional shipping advice to customer
  • Proactively monitor customer's shipment, ensure all deliveries able to meet the deadlines
  • Resolve any complaints and issue arise professionally
  • Maintain good rapport with client to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Handle any cases or claims related to the assigned accounts
  • Key in data into the systems and prepare daily reports for the management
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management


Job Requirements:

  • A professional education in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar role from Logistics/Supply Chain industry
  • Knowledge in MS Office Application, f.e: Excel
  • Customer service oriented

  • Location: Kaki Bukit
  • Rotating shift
  • Salary up to $2800 (depends on experience) + Allowance + Bonus
