Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer support and perform customer relationship management.
- Managing and entering of large amount of data by using Excel and provide customized reporting.
- Perform basis process onboarding, bookings, address inquiry and issue resolution
- Execution of solution logistic, case management, and claims handling.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented person.
- PC literate.
