Job Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries through multi-channel communication (call. email, live chat & future channels)
- Delivering a cohesive, empathetic and delightful guest experience
- Assist on order entry, charging & shipping for all orders from start to finish, working with parallel systems and applications
- Process product sales and returns for guests world-wide
- Manage and resolve customer compliments and complaints related to the business/online store
- Shares and communicates to deliver product education, features, benefits, material properties, usage, and care instructions
- Communicates in a professional manner treating all with empathy and respect
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in any discipline
- Customer service-related working experience
- Customer oriented & service mentality
- Computer literacy, ability to type forty WPM
- Good interpersonal skills, problem solver & positive attitude
Other Information :
- Location : Chinatown (walking distance from MRT)
- 5 days work week, shift rotating basis
- Basic up to $2700 + shift allowance
