We are partnering with a Global MNC hiring for a Customer Financial Service Representative. As you will need to liaise directly with colleagues and customers based in Japan for business need, thus min. JLPT-N1 or equivalent certification will be essential to the job.

Job Responsibilities:

  • AR follow up with customers based in Japan on the payment overdue which require use of Japanese.
  • Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues.
  • Credit Assessment for new and existing customer.
  • Following up with customer via phone calls & e-mails which will need to be in Japanese.
  • Assist in channel customer invoice dispute or payment application to internal team for follow up.
  • To be a team player in operation team to drive process and service improvement with effective communication skill.



Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency (written and spoken) in JAPANESE (Min. JLPT-N1 or equivalent certifications) to communicate with colleagues and customers based in Japan pertaining to AR, Credit and Collections documents.
  • 1 year of relevant working experience.
