Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service (including service recovery but not limited to) to instill customer loyalty and retention
- Provide pre and post sales support related to product, promotion and service through various platforms
- Assist Manager with activities and programs
- Other adhoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum possess a Diploma in any relevant discipline and above
- At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or telemarketing or call centre
