Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service (including service recovery but not limited to) to instill customer loyalty and retention
• Provide pre and post sales support related to product, promotion and service through various platforms
• Assist Manager with activities and programs
• Other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum possess a Diploma in any relevant discipline and above
• At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or telemarketing or call centre
