Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in organizing schedules, managing sales documents, and effectively communicating relevant information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager in client meetings, ensuring seamless communication and fostering good customer relationships.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and process orders through phone or email, ensuring all customer requests are met promptly and accurately.
- Ensure the availability and adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials, supporting the sales team in their daily operations.
- Provide excellent after-sales support by responding to customer inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively inform clients of any unforeseen delays or problems, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system for managing sales databases, keeping all sales records up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Identify potential shortcomings in current sales processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in a related field.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administrative roles.
- Interest in becoming a confident, customer centric and results driven salesperson in the future.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications relevant to the role.
