We are looking to hire a customer service analyst for our client whose product impacts the lives of billions daily. This role sits in the APAC regional office, with excellent growth and development opportunities but will be managing the ANZ portfolio. You will be working from 5:30am to 2:30pm to accommodate the Australia and New Zealand timing.
Ideally, the candidate should come from a customer service (order management) or sales support background, with proven experience in improving processes and increasing efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain.
Job Scope:
- Administer sales enquiries, sales invoices, PO & quotations
- Expedite order and follow up with vendors for overdue & shipment discrepancy
- Management of 3PL for KPI delivery
- Leads Root Cause Analysis on order and cash related incidents
- Develop and improve continually on a proactive approach to Customer Service through a data driven approach
Requirements:
- Minimally Diploma holder, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering, OR relevant fields
- 3-5 years of experience handling order to cash, customer service with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel for analysis, and SAP will be a bonus
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong command of English
- No issue to commit to working hours
