Job Responsibilities:

  • Making and receiving customer inquiry calls
  • Handling customer complaints and collecting customer feedback
  • Responding to customer reviews
  • Support software training and software installation with customer
  • Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies
  • Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers
  • Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim
  • Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours and help reduce accident cases
  • Data analytics for software and product accuracy
  • Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project
  • Observe & monitor for server performance
  • Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customer
