Job Responsibilities:
- Making and receiving customer inquiry calls
- Handling customer complaints and collecting customer feedback
- Responding to customer reviews
- Support software training and software installation with customer
- Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies
- Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers
- Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim
- Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours and help reduce accident cases
- Data analytics for software and product accuracy
- Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project
- Observe & monitor for server performance
- Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customer
