Responsibilities
- The primary role is to serve the salespersons or clients at the customer service counter or reception counter.
- To Process documents, collect commission (cash, cheque or online payments), sale of merchandise, using the POS system and handling of office equipment
- Handling of data entry
- Manage walk-ins, emails and telephone enquiries.
- To collect and to distribute mail.
- Managing the office meeting rooms and training rooms.
- Perform any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level and above.
- Preferably someone who has work experience in customer service duties.
