Job Description:

  • Handle customers enquiries when approached
  • Ensure over-the-counter transactions are handled effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure customer requests and query in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and timely
  • Handle customer enquiry on banking products and services efficiently
  • Deliver prompt and outstanding services to Wealth customers
  • Ensure wait time are met daily in serving walk in customers in the teller room
  • Adherence to Bank's regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
  • General support to the service team after the closing and balancing of the tills at day end
  • Administration work- daily filing of documents and other administration support


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • 2 years of experience in related field.
  • Well-groomed and possess a pleasant disposition
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely manner
