Job Description:
- Handle customers enquiries when approached
- Ensure over-the-counter transactions are handled effectively and efficiently
- Ensure customer requests and query in an efficient and accurate manner
- Handle customer transactions accurately and timely
- Handle customer enquiry on banking products and services efficiently
- Deliver prompt and outstanding services to Wealth customers
- Ensure wait time are met daily in serving walk in customers in the teller room
- Adherence to Bank's regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
- General support to the service team after the closing and balancing of the tills at day end
- Administration work- daily filing of documents and other administration support
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- 2 years of experience in related field.
- Well-groomed and possess a pleasant disposition
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely manner
