Job Description
- Ensure smooth delivery process between customer and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and coordinate the process flow of business with CRM tools.
- Processing orders, purchase order, delivery note, weekly report and monthly report.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business
- Minimum 2 years experience in admin, customer service, operation is advantageous
- Possess SAP B1 experience
