Job Scope

  • Provide email support to user queries, incidents, issues, requests based on tickets raised
  • Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Escalate cases and close resolved cases within the required SLAs/KPIs

Job Qualifications:

  • Possesses a minimum N' level certificate or equivalent
  • Experience in a call center or using CRM system is a plus
  • Must possess high quality customer service skills and a professional communication style
  • Willing to be trained
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Work Hours: bet ween Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm
