Job duties:
- Managing customers and ensuring security system problems are solved
- Providing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations and systems training
- Ensuring customer satisfaction & quality standards met
- Building rapport with customers
- Troubleshooting and keep up technical issues occurred by clients
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in any engineering related field
- 2 to 5 years customer service engineer experience in security related company
- Knowledge in Alarm System, CCTV, and Access Control
- Good customer service skills
5 days' work week
